Policy
Policy
1. Access and accounts
Dark Portal lets users sign in, manage profile features, use Discord bot dashboard tools, play interactive games and view statistics. You must use your own account and must not impersonate others, share sessions, bypass login checks or access data that does not belong to you.
2. Discord bot and guild tools
Bot settings and dashboard actions must only be used in guilds where you have permission to configure the server or the bot. Do not use Dark for spam, raids, harassment, malicious automation, unauthorized moderation changes, mass mentions or behavior that violates Discord rules or guild rules.
3. Games and fair play
Games are provided for casual and competitive play. Do not exploit bugs, submit fake results, automate gameplay, overload endpoints, or manipulate game state, statistics or leaderboards.
4. Feedback tickets
Ideas, bug reports and support requests should be submitted as tickets from the Feedback tab. Keep tickets respectful, useful and safe. Spam, abusive content or private credentials may be removed.
5. Changes and availability
Dark Portal is under active development. Pages, tools, games, stats, profile features and rules may change as the project grows.
6. Safety
Do not submit bot tokens, OAuth secrets, passwords, private keys or sensitive server secrets through public forms or tickets.
1. Data collected
Dark Portal may store provider identifiers, usernames, display names, avatars, email addresses shared by providers, account creation dates, profile preferences, game progress, game results, statistics, dashboard settings, guild configuration references and feedback tickets.
2. How data is used
Data is used to sign users in, display profiles, connect bot tools to guilds, save settings, power game statistics, process feedback tickets, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and improve the project.
3. Discord and providers
Discord features may process account, guild and permission information needed for bot configuration. Login providers such as Discord, Google or Steam may process data under their own policies.
4. Feedback tickets
Tickets may include your account identity, category, message, timestamps and any details you choose to provide. This is used to understand bugs, ideas and support requests.
5. Retention and removal
Data may be kept while it is useful for accounts, stats, guild configuration or support. Correction or removal requests should be sent from the Feedback tab.
6. Sharing and security
Dark Portal is not intended to sell personal data. Data may be processed by hosting, database, login provider and Discord API systems required to operate the service.
